CHALET PROGRAM – OFF-PEAK ESCAPES

RULES AND PROCEDURES

1. Off-Peak Escapes will be available to book during the time and date advertised in the notification email sent to European Fund (EF) members. The booking website is live and updated in real-time. Bookings are available strictly on a first come first serve basis. Availability of chalet weeks is subject to change and may be affected by owner bookings made prior to the Off-Peak Escapes booking window.
2. All EF members are eligible to book, regardless of any prizes won during the subsidized draws. There is no limit on the number of reservations one member or family may make.
3. Members are to create an account and follow the registration process on the Univerus booking platform. Once the “finish” button is pressed, the booking is complete, and the member will receive a confirmation email with payment information.
4. Once the booking is complete, the EF member becomes financially responsible for the payment of the week they have reserved. Payments must be deposited within two weeks of date of booking. Should a member wish to cancel, for any reason, they remain responsible for the payment until another qualified member takes over the payment for that week or the member is reimbursed by the European Fund or their unit (Cancellation Policy para. 4).
5. Please note that members are financially responsible for any damages to a property caused by themselves or their guests.
